Beginning of the review:
One of the key questions in uncovering cases of corruption is as simple as it is powerful: Whose property am I really looking at? Whether it's an apartment in a building built under the influence of the law, a vacant lot with a shell company's address, or a luxurious mansion in an exclusive area inside or outside the country, when we can identify the intertwined political and economic interests behind a property, we are faced with a revelation that exposes a regime of corrupt complicity.
