Geocoris sobrinus (Blanchard, 1852) is recorded for the first time from Peru. Geocoris barrosi Porter, 1917 is considered a synonym of the nominal species Geocoris sobrinus (Blanchard, 1852). A key to the six species known from Peru is included, with photographs of the dorsal habitus, and parameres of some speciesReferences
