𝐴𝑐𝑢𝑛𝑎𝑠𝑢𝑠 DeLong is an exclusive New World genus and endemic to the Mexican territory, comprising 10 species distributed in the western tropical dry and pine/oak forests of the country. In the present work, 𝐴𝑐𝑢𝑛𝑎𝑠𝑢𝑠 𝑑𝑖𝑒𝑔𝑜𝑦𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑟𝑖, from El Salto del Nogal waterfall in the Sierra de Tapalpa and Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco, Mexico, is described. The specimens were taken using an entomological net and a modified light trap. The morphological similarities and distribution among species known are discussed.References
