The previously unknown male of the encyrtid wasp Leptomastidea debachi Trjapitzin and Ruíz Cancino is described from Baja California Sur, Mexico, and a digital image of the holotype female of this species is provided. A lectotype is designated for Paraleptomastix abnormis Girault (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) [= Leptomastidea abnormis (Girault)], which is illustrated; some distributional and host records of this common parasitoid and also of several other species of the genus Leptomastidea García Mercet are given.Published
