Abstract

Three new species of Phyllophaga (s.str.) are described: P. vallendensis n. sp. collected in oak and pine forests located in Villa de Allende and Temascaltepec, State of Mexico and Taxco, Guerrero; P. reyescastilloi n. sp. obtained in oak and pine forest near Taxco, Guerrero; and P.gloriae n. sp., collected in mountain forests of Tapalpa, Manantlan and Arroyo Colorado, Jalisco, Mexico. Figures of diagnostic characters, dorsal and lateral habitus, and comments about differences of the new species with other Mexican species of Phyllophaga are included.
