Representaciones del exocorion en morfología y sistemática de Lepidoptera: un estudio histórico- crítico sobre los estilos de imágenes científicas y virtudes epistémicas

Resumen

Se ofrece un esbozo histórico sobre representación pictórica de exocoriones de Lepidoptera, en tratados científicos de autores prelinneanos selectos (Aldrovandi, Moffet, Hooke, Malphigi, Merian, Swammerdam, Harris y Scudder), de entre 1602 y 1889. Luego, se refiere y comenta una selección de antecedentes directos en la línea de investigación de Llorente-Bousquets y cols., organizados según sus estilos asociados de producción (quirografía, fotografía y microscopio electrónicode barrido MEB), para comparar y discutir sus aportaciones respectivas en estudios exocoriónicos de Papilionoidea (Insecta: Lepidoptera). Se retoma el modelo de virtudes epistémicas D&G+, como criterio de demarcación para imágenes científicas, al que se añaden dos componentes: Modo Objetivo-Natural (MON) y Principio Colaborativo de División del Trabajo Representacional (PCDTR). Se propone a PCDTR como metacriterio axiológico general, en el análisis y evaluación epistemológica de imágenes científicas.
